WHERE THE RED FLOWER FALLS (OIL ON CANVAS)

This is a little scene I discovered while walking my dog one December morning. The poinciana flowers and seed pods made a fascinating texture on the ground. I can only paint realistic images, so, like 'Treasure Trove', this is as close to abstract art as I want to get.
